Terms of Services
Rights Reserve to the Authority
The Authority reserves the right to notify members
regarding illegal activity, offensive behavior, unsocial
manner, unprofessional conduct etc.
The Authority reserves the right to remove any content
uploaded by the Member, which is deemed as illegal,
offensive, unsocial, unprofessional etc.
The Authority reserves the right to terminate any member
due to illegal activities, violating any terms or any other
activities not complying with Biz 360 Expo without
notice.
The Authority is not liable to ensure business enhancement
of the member or is not liable for any kind of losses in
business of the member due to using Biz 360 Expo Digital
Platform.
Package
There are different packages for individual members and
commercial members. There is also a single package for members
under seasonal/Occasional trade. The price page of this
platform comprises details pricing and duration of each
package.
Trial Period
There is a trial period of duration 2 months for both
individual and commercial members. There is also trial period
of duration 3 days for seasonal/occasional trade. Members can
execute all functions available in Biz 360 Expo digital
platform during trial period. Member must pay within the trial
period.
Membership Renewal
The member is liable to pay the renewal fee as per the
package for the continuation of their membership in Biz 360
Expo digital platform.
Refund Policy
As there is a free trial period, so, Biz 360 Expo doesn’t
allow any refund.
Member Responsibility
The Members are solely responsible for the product, service,
solution, guidance etc. (collectively called “The Content”)
that he/she or their organizations provide through Biz 360
Expo to public. They will remain liable for any legal
proceedings for their content.
Data Security
Biz 360 Expo employs industry-standard security measures to
protect data and information of the members. While we strive
our best to ensure the safety of member data, and we cannot
guarantee on complete protection of member data against
unauthorized access or misuse.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement
Biz360Expo reserves the right to share member information
with law enforcement agencies in cases of fraudulent activity,
deception to customer, or any unlawful action. This action
will be taken to ensure legal accountability and protect
consumer rights.
De-marketing
Biz 360 Expo never supports demarketing. Any type of
demarketing conducted by any member can be actionable by the
competent authority.
Changes to This Policy
Biz 360 Expo reserves the right to update these Terms &
Conditions at its sole discretion without notice.
